What payment methods do you accept?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: (this means selecting, creating, touch-ups, boxing, posting): 5-7 days after placing an order. Individual processing times are listed within the product details.

Shipping time: (it’s no longer in our hands, these times exclude customs checking and local holidays)

 North American (Canada, Us, Mexico) orders - 12 to 25 business days

 International orders - 20-30 business days. 

Since we all start staring at the mail box as soon as we hit “send” a small reminder that these times are not guaranteed, it can take longer.

Please, bear in mind that your purchase is possibly being shipped across the ocean, our shipping and postal friends work so very hard, they’ll get it to you as soon as possible.

  1. What about possible custom fees?

We are not responsible for any custom/duty fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom/duty fees when they arrive to your country (rarely but it does happen!).

  1. I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one?

We ship our products from different warehouses in the USA, Asia and Europe, so when you order multiple items at the same time they might be shipped separately. You may receive multiple packages. We are working towards combined packaging, so we’ll let you know when we’re all set!

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

Since most of our items are custom creations, we do not accept cancellations after the order is placed.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Can I return my item?

We do not accept any refunds, returns, exchanges or cancellations of any kind  at this time.

We're really confident you'll love your purchase, but if you receive an item from us that doesn't satisfy your expectations, message us and we'll see what we can do for you.

 

Questions you may have when you receive your items

There is a smell, Why?

 Your item is freshly made, it hasn't sat on a ship or shelf for months, so really it's like a new car smell! It won't last long, we promise.
